Attainable Homes Calgary - Downtown West End

Established in 2009, Attainable Homes Calgary is a non-profit social enterprise that delivers well-appointed, entry-level homes for Calgarians who have been caught in the city’s growing housing affordability gap. Together with development partners, including Partners Development Group, Attainable Homes has delivered over 700 homes to families across Calgary.

Hindle Architects recently completed the design and delivery of a 70-unit affordable housing project for Attainable Homes Calgary. Located in the city’s Downtown West End, the project will benefit from the community’s wide range of public transportation options, local amenities, and proximity to the cultural and recreational activities along the Bow River.
