Health Clinic

This project involved the renovation and conversion of an existing office space into a new health clinic for a private operator. Working within the constraints of an existing tower floorplate, the design integrates a complex clinical program while prioritizing patient comfort and experience. The clinic is designed to feel welcoming and approachable rather than institutional. Waiting areas, consultation rooms, and staff spaces draw from residential and hospitality environments, using warm materials, natural daylight, and carefully selected furnishings to create a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Delivering this vision required significant technical coordination. Mechanical systems were fully upgraded and carefully integrated to meet clinical requirements, while remaining largely concealed within the architecture. The result is a highly functional healthcare environment that balances clinical performance with a refined, human-centered interior.
